5 pretty darn awesome things I have done in my life

Just a short list for today. Not in any particular order:

1. Partied with the south african track & field team at during the 1996 Olympics at the house of blues in Atlanta during a Third World reggae concert
2. Regularly went cliff diving in the Virgin Islands (when I was in high school)
3. Saw Public Enemy live in 1982 at the 9:30 club, and Led Zeppelin live in the 70’s at Madison Square Garden
4. Had an 11lb baby
5. Walked 20 miles from dusk till dawn in the Overnight in NYC, and 60 miles from baltimore to DC in the Avon breast cancer walk
