Life Unconditionally

I have been thinking a lot lately about how I want to live my life. I have come to realize that there are certain things that are unconditionally imperative. They can be thought of the ‘truths’ that I hold dear to my heart. Seemingly random, these are truths that I carry with me each day:

• My children are my number one priority
• No matter how difficult life gets – I will always celebrate what I have
• There is always time to stop and really listen
• Everyone has a positive contribution to make
• The joy of giving is far greater than the joy of receiving
• My actions come from love
• Love and compassion are the greatest gifts I have to give
• There is something to learn from everyone, especially my ‘enemies’
• I make peace with where I am, and move on
• I take time to celebrate life each day
