Again, that is Workout of the Day:

I woke up at 5am and was here by 6 ready for my workout. It was ok – but not very well planned out prior to my arrival. When I work out alone I like to have a plan in my head but I didn’t, so this is what I did:

Warm up

  • 4 laps side shuffles
  • 10 burpees

Repeat the following series 3 times

  • 30 jumps (hard to explain thes)
  • 20 pushups
  • 30 lunges with arm extension and 15lb db (15 each leg)
  • 30 dumbell swings w/15lb dumbell (15 each arm)
  • 30 squats with sumo lift (with 15 lb db)
  • Run 400 meters – 6mph

Finish with:

  • Situps with arms extended overhead – 20
  • Lower ab lifts with shoulders raised – 20
  • Scissors – 20
  • left oblique twist – 20
  • right oblique twist – 20
  • Crunches with arms extended overhead -20
  • Stretch and cool down
