Again, that is Workout of the Day:
I woke up at 5am and was here by 6 ready for my workout. It was ok – but not very well planned out prior to my arrival. When I work out alone I like to have a plan in my head but I didn’t, so this is what I did:
Warm up
- 4 laps side shuffles
- 10 burpees
Repeat the following series 3 times
- 30 jumps (hard to explain thes)
- 20 pushups
- 30 lunges with arm extension and 15lb db (15 each leg)
- 30 dumbell swings w/15lb dumbell (15 each arm)
- 30 squats with sumo lift (with 15 lb db)
- Run 400 meters – 6mph
Finish with:
- Situps with arms extended overhead – 20
- Lower ab lifts with shoulders raised – 20
- Scissors – 20
- left oblique twist – 20
- right oblique twist – 20
- Crunches with arms extended overhead -20
- Stretch and cool down
