I was feeling really strong for todays workout (maybe it’s because I had residual anger left over from yesterday). There were 3 of us today, here is what we did:

  • up downs (2 sets of 10)
  • 40 boxer jumping  jacks
  • Medicine ball toss races  – 4 laps
  • Medicine ball slams 10
  • burpees 2 sets of 10
  • Medicine ball run to top of garage (3 garage levels with ramps carrying medicine ball) – 2 laps (up and back twice)
  • PVC pipe shoulder shrugs 3 sets of 10
  • PVC pipe OHS (overhead squats) 3 sets of 10
  • Stair lunges – Left leg 4 sets of 30 seconds then repeat on right leg
  • 30 ball slams
  • cool down
