I was feeling really strong for todays workout (maybe it’s because I had residual anger left over from yesterday). There were 3 of us today, here is what we did:
- up downs (2 sets of 10)
- 40 boxer jumping jacks
- Medicine ball toss races – 4 laps
- Medicine ball slams 10
- burpees 2 sets of 10
- Medicine ball run to top of garage (3 garage levels with ramps carrying medicine ball) – 2 laps (up and back twice)
- PVC pipe shoulder shrugs 3 sets of 10
- PVC pipe OHS (overhead squats) 3 sets of 10
- Stair lunges – Left leg 4 sets of 30 seconds then repeat on right leg
- 30 ball slams
- cool down
YEAH BABY!!!
