- 1 round tabata situps
- 1 round tabata air squats
- 1 round tabata pushups
then, 3 rounds with no rest between:
- Plie squat/sumo lift with 2 15lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Side crunches, 20 on each side (40 total)
- Bent over rows with 2 15lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Medicine Ball cleans: 10 reps
