Workout #5 – I did it, just barely

After a really bad day on Friday, Saturday became increasingly hectic. I was resolved to get in even a mini-crossfit workout. Here is what I was able to accomplish:

  • 100 walking lunges
  • 100 boxer jumping jacks
  • 100 air squats

 I also did a 1 hour brisk walk/jog with Jasper

 That’s it for now!
