I was supposed to work out this morning with Jen – but due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to attend. So she sent me instructions for a ‘when I get home’ workout. I had to alter it a bit because my elbow was sore (actually it was bleeding) from the ‘up & downs’ the other day. This is what I did:

 As many rounds as I could do in 15 minutes:

  • pushups: 10
  • medicine ball cleans: 5
  • burpees: 5

I did a total of 10 sets. To finish everything off I did 30 pushups.
