After this morning – they are on strike…it was hard to raise them up to dry my hair. I guess that’s a good thing!

 Here is what I did:

  • 10 mins brisk walk on treadmill
  • 12 mins run 5.5-6.0 mph on treadmill while blasting skater music
  • 2 min cool down walk 3.5 mph

 then 3 rounds of the following – no rest between sets:

  • Walking Lunges with 2 15lb dumbells – 40
  • Bench (tricep) dips – 20
  • Deadlifts with 20lb db – 20
  • Military press with 12 lb db – 20
