After this morning – they are on strike…it was hard to raise them up to dry my hair. I guess that’s a good thing!
Here is what I did:
- 10 mins brisk walk on treadmill
- 12 mins run 5.5-6.0 mph on treadmill while blasting skater music
- 2 min cool down walk 3.5 mph
then 3 rounds of the following – no rest between sets:
- Walking Lunges with 2 15lb dumbells – 40
- Bench (tricep) dips – 20
- Deadlifts with 20lb db – 20
- Military press with 12 lb db – 20
