that was my workout today, because I forgot to do the final set (lunges) – so this is what I did:
- 100 Boxer Jumping Jacks
- 100 Air Squats
- 100 Pushups – cleared 30 to start, then in increments of 10
- 100 Side Crunches (50 each side)
- 100 Situps/Crunches
