that was my workout today, because I forgot to do the final set (lunges) – so this is what I did:

  •  100 Boxer Jumping Jacks
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 Pushups – cleared 30 to start, then in increments of 10
  • 100 Side Crunches (50 each side)
  • 100 Situps/Crunches
