I created a variation of a past Jen workout this morning. I feel like I really pushed myself hard. this was not only a challenge to my strength, but it was a really intense cardio workout:
Treadmill Warmup:
- 3 minutes brisk walk (3.5 mph)
- 12 minutes run (between 5 and 6.5 mph)
- 2 minute brisk walk (4 mph)
Main Workout – 3 rounds with no rest between rounds:
- bench push-ups: 15 reps
- Thrusters with 15lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Deadlifts with 20lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Goblet Squat with 15lb dumbell: 20 reps
Finish with:
- Side Crunches: 3 rounds 10 on each side
- Air Squats: 50 reps
- Stretch and cool down
Good workout! Maybe this week we can go outside if it’s still this warm!
