ok, so I made up this workout myself. Hopefully it is acceptable (Jen – please let me know)
Warm Up:
- 100 boxer jumping jacks
- 1 round tabata situps
- 1 round tabata air squats
3 sets of the following:
- Squat into Sumo lift with 2-15lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Bent over rows: 12lb dumbells: 20 reps
- Side Crunches: 40 (20 each side)
- Medicine ball cleans: 15 reps
