Thursday: Lunchbreak workout and making it up as I go

ok, so I made up this workout myself. Hopefully it is acceptable (Jen – please let me know)

 Warm Up:

  • 100 boxer jumping jacks
  • 1 round tabata situps
  • 1 round tabata air squats

 3 sets of the following:

  • Squat into Sumo lift with 2-15lb dumbells: 20 reps
  • Bent over rows: 12lb dumbells: 20 reps
  • Side Crunches: 40 (20 each side)
  • Medicine ball cleans: 15 reps
