I have a t-shirt that says “I solemnly swear I am up to no good” on the front and “mischief managed” on the back. That’s what I wore today.
We went bowling (daryn calls it ballin’ – which may be a problem) and then I came home and did one round of tabata push-ups and one round of tabata ball slams. This one’s for you Jen!
Then I cooked a slammin healthy dinner and my 2 kids and I discussed the new year and all we hope to accomplish. I topped the evening off with a delicious cosmo cocktail while braiding daryn’s hair.
I begin training for my 20 mile walk this month. The first steps are to:
- Increase my crossfit workouts to 5 per week
- Cut out Alcohol consumption for the month of january
- Get rid of refined carbohydrates in my diet
- Walk 1 mile per day
