Even though I went to sleep at 1 am, and had a very stressful night of dreams, I woke up promptly at 6 am. Being extremely restless, I laced up my shoes, hitched up my horse-dog and went out for a quick workout:
- 5 minute walk warmup
- 5 minute run uphill
- 50 air squats
- 5 minute run level ground
- 50 air squats
- 3 minute jog/wlk
- 50 air squats
- Tabata Situps – 8 sets of 20 seconds each with 10 second rest in between (while my dog kept trying to lick me)
Methinks this was a decent way to get my day started.
