Today is the second day in a row where I have exercised for an hour.

I now remember now how good it feels when I work out so hard and my muscles tremble and my eyes are stinging with sweat. WHY then is it so difficult to keep doing this all the time? I guess I will try to capture this feeling and remind myself – one day at a time. I also have to remind myself that it will take time to undo years of not being very kind to my body. This will be hard work, and I may not see results quickly – but I certainly can feel a serious mental/emotional boost.

I am also trying to get better about keeping my journal, so that I can be more aware of what I eat, take credit for my activities, and make sure I am getting the right nutrients and vitamins each day. This is about overall health – so I am trying to make sure I am getting what I need to stay healthy and strong.

I have made my journal public for all to see – so now everyone knows and there is nothing to hide.
